I had a question about the cooler lines and got a clear answer the same day. Transmission is working well, though delivery was one day late.

Thanks for the review, Adan!
Glad to hear the transmission is working great and our team was able to help with the cooler line question. Apologies for the slight shipping delay due to holiday.
Thanks for sticking with us! Let us know if you ever need anything else.

I had a problem with an item that I purchased not fitting properly. I had to do some alterations to make it work. They quickly contacted me about it and offered a partial refund. They were very helpful and pleasant to work with.

Coinbase sent it to the wrong address, my mistake and one call to Prohorsepower support and they made everything right. Great customer service from all.
